This is a Government funded Apprenticeship; the successful candidate will be working towards a Business Administration Level 2 or Level 3 qualification:

My client is a leading importer and distributor of car parts in the UK and abroad based. Established in 2011, originally specialising only in wheel drive components such as CV Joints and Driveshafts.
With a new strategy initiated to rapidly expand the company’s range of products and customer base, they now offer a product range over 20 lines within 7 broad categories for all makes and models, they are also proud to have achieved the status of MMI Certified Data Supplier within the MAM Autocat+ parts catalogue.

Key Responsibilities:
• Dealing with customer’s queries
• Answering/making phone calls
• Dealing with emails
• Inputting/exporting data
• Creating documents
• Filing
• Other office administration duties
• There will be some sales involved in this role

Working Week:
• £3.50 an hour, potentially rising to £4.90 p/h after 3 months’ probation
• Monday- Friday

The APPRENTICESHIP programme will last 12 months and you will achieve a Level 2 or 3 Business Administration QCF qualification, Functional Skills in Maths and English and ICT (if required) and Level 1 Employee Rights and Responsibilities. You will be based in the employer’s office so you gain 12 months’ work experience, and you may be considered for a permanent position dependant on your performance, after the APPRENTICESHIP has been completed.

This is an APPRENTICESHIP; and Government Funding is only available for applicants 16-24 years old.
