This is a Government funded Apprenticeship; the successful candidate will be working towards a Sales & Marketing Level 2 or 3:

My client is a health care recruitment company based in the Romford area, they recruit for both temporary and permeant specialist nursing roles and health care support workers all over the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
• Resourcing for vacancies on various job portals
• Maintaining internal databases with all information
• Daily inbox and fax management
• Filing invoices, contracts and general candidate compliance
• Answering phones in a polite and professional manner.
• Running errands.
• Filing.
• Sending and receiving emails and dealing with enquiries.
• General Admin tasks.
• Greeting guests on arrival.
• Talking to future and existing clients.
• Booking appointments.

Qualities Required:

• Be well presented
• Sales experience ideal but not essential

Working Week:
• 9am – 5pm
• Monday – Friday
• £3.50 per hour
• £4.00-£5.50
• Uncapped commission

The APPRENTICESHIP programme will last for 12 months and you will achieve a Level 2 or 3 Business Administration QCF qualification, Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT (if required) and Level 1 Employee Rights and Responsibilities. You will be based in the employer's office so you gain 12 months’ work experience, and the opportunity to Interview for a permanent role within the company at the end of a successful APPRENTICESHIP.

This is an APPRENTICESHIP; and Government Funding is only available for applicants 16-24 years old.
