Fab Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Product Developer to be responsible for designing and creating products that are market leading, fit for purpose and provide value for money. Ensuring they meet the learners, customers and regulators requirements.
Background
The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering training and assessment in the railway and high speed industry and proven experience of creating and developing training resources to support the delivery of classroom or work based learning.

1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1 To ensure the company product range is a highly interactive, visually stimulating and market leading.
1.2 Work with corporate clients, colleges and training providers to develop customised resources;
1.3 Determine which resource best fits our clients’ needs, covering traditional material, elearning and a blended option;
1.4 Work with the qualification managers and SMEs to ensure our products meet the learning outcomes of regulated qualifications;
1.5 Translate subject expertise into concise content to be used by developers to produce learning resources;
1.6 To work with the product development team and design to improve the current product range.
1.7 Development of new and existing products including elearning and related material(s), in line with company strategy and processes.
1.8 Liaise with colleagues to identify and manage risks and potential conflicts of interest associated with the design and delivery of assessments and qualifications.
1.9 Identify, manage and work with specialist contractors and subject matter experts to ensure product and development related tasks are completed to agreed deadlines and within budget.
1.10 To attend conferences, webinars and workshops to ensure that they are at the forefront of new learning development.
1.11 Liaise with colleagues in the group of companies to ensure they are informed of the progress of product development and to identify, record and follow up interest in new product developments for the company.
