Inspire 2 Independence (i2i) Ltd, works closely with employers to understand the skill need of their staff; Our staff deliver nationally recognised qualifications, building skills in key sectors through a range of funded training opportunities and apprenticeships that complement existing training strategies and budgets. I2I also operate in the Welfare 2 Work sector as a delivery partner and specialise in working with people who face multiple barriers to improving their learning and work options.  I2i have a wealth of expertise in managing programmes across the country assisting individuals to overcome their barriers to work and placing them into meaningful, sustainable employment.

We are seeking applicants and interest in the following job role:


You will enthuse and motivate individuals who are currently in employment and will help to develop their skills within the workplace. You will play a key role in helping individuals to develop the skills that will make a real difference to their roles in the workplace and their future careers

The successful candidate must be a professionally qualified, experienced tutor with a minimum of Certificate in Education Programme, PTTLs or an award in education and/or training or equivalent and previous experience in a teaching/training setting. It is essential you have a driving licence and access to a car on a daily basis as travel to different sites and locations is necessary.

You will be delivering a range of fully accredited qualifications within a workplace setting and will be competent within the subject sector areas of Customer Service, Business Administration, Retail, Health and Safety in the workplace, Warehouse and Food Hygiene, Manual Handing, Team Leading and Management, Functional Skills, maths, English and ICT. You will also deliver a range of non accredited provision which will include invigilation of tests, examinations and a portfolio of classroom based learning.
