Fab Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an experienced Assessor / Tutor. This is an exciting opportunity to join our client’s team who specialise in delivering high quality apprenticeships to corporate companies and has a great track record in securing fantastic career opportunities for young apprentices.
We are looking for qualified and motivated apprenticeship Assessors / Tutors in a peripatetic, field based role, who have experience of delivering apprenticeships in some or all of the following disciplines; Customer Service, Business Administration, Retail, Vehicle Sales and Vehicle Parts.
Occupational competence in the automotive, automotive parts or warehousing industries is desirable although not essential and geographic areas available include south west

The Role

To deliver training and assessment to apprentices supporting them through the apprentice framework including the delivery of functional skills to Level 2. You will manage a caseload of learners, delivering on the job training and working independently to prepare and assess learners on a regular basis.

Essential Requirements
• Vocationally competent
• Experience of delivering functional skills embedded within apprenticeship frameworks
• D32/D33, A1 or TAQA Assessors Award/ or equivalent
• Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
• An exemplary track record of progression and achievement
• You must be able to drive with access to your own vehicle
