As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Offer tailored support to a pupil with moderate SEN needs
Assist with learning tasks, emotional regulation, and classroom routines
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver individual support strategies
Encourage independence, resilience, and positive engagement
Help create a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
