Pay: 89- 100 per day
A welcoming primary school in Oxford is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with an EHCP. This role suits someone patient, nurturing and committed to helping children with additional needs thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored 1:1 SEN support
- Assist with learning tasks, routines and emotional regulation
- Follow the EHCP and SENCO guidance
- Encourage confidence, engagement and independence
- Work closely with the class teacher and school team
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience supporting children with SEN
- Genuine passion for helping pupils with additional needs
- Keen to build SEN experience or develop in education
