Duties:
• We require an Administrator for this fantastic organisation who really do look after staff and offer fantastic promotional prospects
• We are seeking someone who has either worked in a busy admin role or someone who has worked in a customer services role, but must have good IT skills and they will train you to conduct the below duties
• Taking notes at meetings, requiring intense concentration at long meetings
• Analysing, and interpreting sometimes complicated information which is also sensitive/disturbing/highly confidential, such as note taking at Child Protection conferences
• Deliver timely and efficient administrative support
• Deliver flexible administrative service
• Creating documents, using the electronic filing systems and report writing
• Organising of events/courses.
• Developing relationships with senior management, customers, key contacts, and the members of the public.

Salary and Benefits:
• £19,500 to £22,000 per annum
