Intro: S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Quality Officer for our client who are a multi-layered business and award-winning provider of training and employability services. Offering education and work experience opportunities, our client are in need of a Quality Officer to implement and maintain Quality Standards to drive quality and performance.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Quality Officer, your key roles and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Quality Manager to implement and maintain the quality assurance and performance framework to support the business objectives.
- Monitor supply chain partners, whilst monitoring and maintaining the quality of IAG
- Support the Quality Manager and Contracts Managers, ensuring effective robust assessment, verification process and adherence are in place.
- Support / manage all other relevant Quality Standard certification.

Experience and Skills:
The ideal Quality Officer will have:
- Proven experience working within ESF or DWP contract, or similar government funding.
- Proven experience in a quality related role, as well as a quality qualification.
- Extensive knowledge of MI system.
- Experience supporting with Ofsted and company quality improvement programmes.
