We are thrilled to be assisting a multi-award winning apprenticeship provider (Ofsted - Good) in recruiting an Exams/ EPA Co-ordinator r to be based in their Central Manchester office. Non exam days can include home working, however when exams are taking place, the successful candidate must be in the office.

The client are an apprenticeship provider that specialises in accountancy, procurement & supply chain, management, project management, propety management and business administration.

As an Exams & EPA Co-ordinator, you will organise and book exams for learners within centre and remote exams across the country. You will be responsible for the setting up and deliver of exams in line with Awarding Body and Company requirements, whilst ensuring pre and post administation processes are undertaken. The successful candidate will manage and co-ordinate the EPA process for Apprenticeships.

Key Duties
- Create the Exams schedule in line with programme area requirements
- Manage the booking process for exams
- Register learners with the appropriate Awarding Body
- Book in and pay for exams where the learner is sitting at an exam centre
- Ensure learners have timely and accurate joining instructions
- Ensuring all exam resources and technologies are in place and operating correctly
- Ensuring the exam room is prepared and set up in line to Awarding Body requirements
- Train and quality assure invigilators in line with Awarding Body requirements
- To ensure the requirements of learners with reasonable or special adjustments are met
- To ensure an invigilator is booked for each exam
- To invigilate exams as and when required
- To ensure invigilator reports and checklists are completed and filed accordingly
- To ensure that the necessary documentation for learners requiring reasonable or special adjustment is in place
- Where required to send incident reports to the Awarding Body in line with their guidelines
- To log exam results onto the learners One-File portfolio
- To organise all aspects of the EPA in line with the EPAO requirements
- To communicate effectively between the learner, programme area and EPAO so that the EPA runs smoothly
- To log the EPAO results onto One-File
- To send out certificates and learning resources when required
- To input learner information into PIC’s
- To administer registers and attendance
- To support the Future Talent team in dealing with applications and during Recruitment Days

Previous Experience & Skills
- Knowledge of Awarding Body Exam requirements
- Highly accurate with and have attention to detail
- Highly organized, with the ability to plan and multi task various responsibilities
- Good ICT skills, particularly with regards Word and Excel. and Data analytical and reporting skills
- Good communicator, confident in speaking to stakeholders and learners
- Adaptability – Efficient under pressure, always meet deadlines
- Result oriented: Ability to achieve the target within given time
