Traineeship Coach

We are currently looking to recruit a motivated individual to join our expanding team to provide end to end structed support and guidance to all learners ensuring positive outcomes and providing a variety of interventions throughout their journey on our Traineeship programme.

Salary Banding: £23,000- £26,000

Base Location: The role will be based at our Sister company, The-Centre for Strategy and
Communication, London.

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Working hours: Monday to Friday

What are the core responsibilities of this role?
• Delivering training sessions using a variety of teaching methods to engage, support and motivate our 19–24-year-old learners to enhance their skills and employment opportunities.
• Responsible for the identification of learner’s personal support needs and addressing their barriers to succeed.
• Supporting learners to achieve their qualifications to a quality standard in a timely manner.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a quality learner experience.
What skills and experience are we looking for from potential applicants?

Essential
• Experience of working with vulnerable youths and passionate about making a difference.
• Engaging and inspirational training / delivery style
• Qualified or willing to work towards, CAVA qualification / 8375 practitioners Award Level 3 or equivalent qualifications.
Desirable

• PGCE / Relevant teacher/trainer qualification.
• ESOL qualification.
• Youth Work experience or qualifications.
• Experience of Traineeships.
• Experience of Ofsted requirements
