The Role
As a Recruitment Administrator you will be working alongside our compliance team who have the clear focus of making sure any teachers or teaching assistants that register with us are safe to work with children by performing a range of compliance checks.  This will involve data entry, updating our CRM system, chasing references and other safeguarding checks.

Typical daily job duties – what will you be responsible for?

- Work with the compliance team to support with daily administrative tasks
- Call candidates referees and request and take references
- Process DBS (criminal record) checks
- Input data onto the database
- Ensure all candidates are compliant to work in a school environment

Person Specification

- Be eligible for the kickstart scheme (aged between 16 to 24 years old and receiving universal credits)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT literate
- Highly organised
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional, sociable and friendly
- Punctual and reliable

What will we offer?
- National Minimum Wage (or the National Living Wage depending on your age)
- 25 hours per week
- An initial 6-month contract
- On-job training in a recruitment environment
