Today, we deliver over 70 apprenticeships, accredited courses and CPD programmes to over 2500 learners across the country. We work with a wider range of employers from within childcare, catering, residential care, adult care, clinical care, and management and have helped them to upskill 4000 employees so far.

The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our Recruitment team based in Shenstone, Staffordshire. We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking individual who has a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop your skills in an office environment.

The role of an Administrator is an important one, as they ensure the proper flow of office procedures and support various departments while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.

The successful candidate will achieve a Level 3 in Business Administration

Role Responsibilities:

General office administration duties include data input onto the database.
Assist with ad-hoc projects to support the team as and when required
Complete daily administrative tasks
General support of the team
Supporting the recruitment team with any other duties necessary to support the growth of the business
Manage phone calls and correspondence
The Candidate

Ability to work well as part of a team and independently, using own initiative and adapting to changing situations
Have meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and driven
A good team player
5 GCSE’s, grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths) DESIRABLE
