Intro: S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Client Engagement Manager role in Bristol.
Our clients purpose is to develop a better future for all their Customers, Learners, Employees and Stakeholders, by investing in them and giving them high quality training across the UK.
The role would focus on driving sales across to non-levy and levy paying employers within the employability and skills sector in the Bristol region. The aim is to engage with new clients to generate opportunities of Apprenticeships, Adult skills courses and commercial training product enabling development of the business.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Client Engagement Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Engage with new and existing clients to offer the organisations range of services including Upskilling, Commercial opportunities, Recruitment, AEB, Apprenticeships etc
- To hit and exceed core business KPI's focused on quality growth
- Work closely with internal sales support and marketing colleagues to develop campaigns and activity plans
- Ensure all sales activity is logged in CRM systems and grow your pipeline
- Maintain effective relationships with all internal colleagues to ensure high quality service and to maximise opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell added value programmes and services.

Experience and Skills:
The Client Engagement Manager will require the following experience:
- Experience working in the employability and skills sector having sold Apprenticeships, AEB, Upskilling courses etc
- Occupational experience working in sales or recruitment
- Experience building relationships with new and existing clients, having confidence attending networking events and cold calling
- Hold relevant qualifications in sales at Levels 2 and 3
- Full UK driving licence
