Role and Responsibilities:
As a Key Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with reports and handling complaints from providers.
- Taking initiative with the residents best interests to resolve issues
- Manage the accounts of support providers, ensuring regulatory and conceptual standards are upheld.
- Maintain a high standard of living environments, supporting the providers with issues

Experience and Skills:
As a Key Account Manager, you must have:
- Experience in estate agency / letting agency / understanding of properties.
- Social Housing experience
- Comprehensive managerial skills, with a key eye for detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
