Recruitment Engagement Officer

We are seeking a Learner Recruitment Engagement Officer/Recruitment Consultant
Home based and then some travel if needed for meetings to either

Manchester, Wythenshawe, Openshaw, Cheshire

They are offering blended/agile working – a combination of working from home and then in the future working from the office 1 or 2 times a week when needed, however not every week
This is a replacement for someone that has been promoted, so plenty of promotional opportunities available

Job role

Establishing and maintaining relationships with applicants, providing information, advice and support from application through to successful apprenticeship hire or onto a wide range of work based learning/classroom based learning opportunities
Tailoring or bespoke design of support solutions to achieve targets
Maintain working relationships with the applications, providing support and advice
Preparing applicants for interviews, arranging interviews and managing the process through to successful hire
Matching suitable applicants to the roles
Advertising job roles
Following up with the clients after the applicants interview
Update database progress records

The role will involve from October to February each year being on a rota system to attend careers events at Schools, this is taken in turns as 5 people on the rota for once a week, so will do this once every 5 weeks – time is given in lieu for this

Essential for the role

Ideal If worked in or understanding of work based learning or recruitment background
Ideally IAG (not essential)
Face to face client experience as interacting with partners and stakeholders
