The Team

The Commercial and Business Team is responsible for the promotion, sales and bookings for Professional & Short Courses, and for Apprenticeships. You will be part of a busy team, supporting sales targets and growth and delivering excellent service to customers, via telephone, online and face to face.

The Role

As a Commercial Training Administrator in our busy team you will liaise with customers via telephone, online and face to face. You will often be the first point of contact dealing with enquiries, providing excellent customer service and processing course bookings and payments.

You will have a passion for helping others develop and learn and already have experience of working in a clerical / administrative role in a customer focused environment. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines is essential.
