The client is recruiting for a Trainer / Assessor in Financial Services (Insurance). This is a remote position with home-based delivery.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Financial Services (Insurance) Trainer / Assessor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting and conducting gap analysis with the learners in order to pick out learner's starting points accurately and precisely.
- Working with the performance manager to ensure that learners outcomes are achieved in a manner which is prompt.
- Evaluating, recording and monitoring each individual learners data, and working with other members of the team to ensure that the learner is successful.
- Delivering impactful, immersive and differentiated interactions (including Maths and English) to ensure that the participation from all learners from within the group is active, through a variety of methods.
- Maintaining all of the learners documentations on the e-portfolio system in order to reflect on the learners characteristics and demonstrate progression.
- Providing guidance and support to learners throughout their journeys, in order to help them progress and reach their potential that they are able to achieve.
- Having an in-depth understanding of different methods and the evaluation of behavioural changes.

Experience and Skills:
The ideal candidate for the role of Financial Services (Insurance) Trainer / Assessor will have:
- Past experience of delivering learning, with a relevant teaching / assessing qualification.
- Property management experience
- Experience working with people to support remove any barriers that may prevent them from getting into employment.
- Experience of providing affective teaching, development and training opportunities
- Experience of meeting deadlines without any supervision
- Experience of managing a caseload of more than 50 learners
