Role and Responsibilities:
As a Inspections Coordinator, your key roles and responsibilities will include:
- Managing property inspection appointments and handling quality and compliance admin duties
- Supporting the property inspector with administrative queries, sending reports on a daily basis
- Ensuring housing providers are notified of inspections
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries, assisting team with general administration duties

Experience and Skills:
To be a Inspection Coordinator, you must have:
- Administration experience
- Knowledge and experience of social housing / property
- Team player and can work to meet and exceed deadlines
