Hospitality Lecturer required for courses held within Aberdeen. To be suitable for this role you must hold a minimum of City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery, along with recent experience in a kitchen, a Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Professional Cookery would be an advantage. Previous teaching experience is advantageous but not essential.

Role responsibilities
• You will be expected to strive to maintain above average success rates in all areas, using innovation within your teaching, utilising e-learning opportunities where appropriate.
• A fantastic opportunity to pass your specialist skills on to the next generation of cookery professionals.

The person & qualifications
• Must have a minimum City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery
• Must have experience working in a busy kitchen environment
• Previous teaching experience is advantageous but not essential
• City & Guilds Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Professional Cookery would be an advantage but not essential
