Trigon Recruitment are working with a well established National Training Provider to appoint a professional Operations Manager to lead delivery on the Government new flagship back to work scheme - Restart.

This role which requires the successful candidate to operationally lead and manage a geographical area that covers Bristol, Stroud and Cirencester. As Restart is a new programme the role will require the successful candidate to be physically present and building the operation and leading by example.

This a critical role within the delivery and development of the Restart programme and presents an opportunity to work for a supportive, caring and inclusive organisation and support the recovery on the local economy/labour market.

Role Requirements
• To line manage the local Business Managers to achieve/exceed the required performance levels
• Own and manage the P&L for the region ensure cost base is controlled and projected profits are achieved
•Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that business outcomes are maximised through access to wider networks.
• To create brand awareness for the organisation within the local area – essentially raise the profile of the business to support effective delivery
• Ensure all customer satisfaction milestones are met and all quality standards are delivered across the region
• Manage the recruitment process across the region and support Managers where required
• Keep all Managers and delivery teams fully appraised of all relevant information
• Build, develop and maintain good relationships with the prime contractor as required, attending all performance reviews
• Maintain strong links with JCP to anticipate customer flows and ensure adequate resource is provided
• Attend all meetings internally and externally as required
• Attend all local networking events to raise the profile of the programme.
Build, develop, maintain and execute the strategic operational plan.
Work closely with all internal departments and directors to share best practise and develop the provision
To ensure the region is contractually compliant and in line with all regulatory body requirements.

Qualifications and Experience
·Looking for an experienced Senior Manager with experience in the Employability and Skills sector
·Very strong written and verbal communication skills
·Working with external senior managers
·Working in a performance target driven environment
·A strong relationship builder
A strong leader who will motivate and inspire the region to deliver and achieve
