Intro: Here at S Knights, we are proud to be recruiting for a HR Business Partner for our client, who are a leading training and employment providers, aiming to build and implement and people and talent strategy. As a HR Business Partner, you will work closely to build the companies capabilities, planning and managing talent.

Role and Responsibilities:
The role of a HR Business Partner will include:
- Working alongside key stakeholders, managers and the lean to help build and shape capabilities and effectiveness in strategies and activities.
- Create meaningful relationships with the key people within our clients business, supporting them with their approach in particular areas.
- Identify and discuss challenges our client may be facing, providing guidance as well as restructure and succession planning advice.
- Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders, improving business efficiency.

Experience and Skills:
The ideal HR Business Partner will have:
- Experience if HR Management or Business Partner level
- Be CIPD level 5 qualified
- A positive and approaching demeanour, as this role is based on communicating and influencing all key partners within the business, as well as the team.
