We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant
Solihull with Free Parking
Would you like to work with a friendly team and in a forward thinking and growing organisation. We specialise in recruitment to the Training and Education sector.
Full training is given in the role on an internal basis and external courses
The role is to assist the experienced Consultants in the following duties:-
• Searching for suitable candidates who match the job roles for our clients via job boards and social media platforms
• Using in house database to source candidates and sent out literature
• Advertising vacancies
• Connecting with linked in contacts
• Telephone screening candidates
• Sending out interview confirmations
• Chasing candidate feedback
• Interviewing candidates and promoting job roles
• Preparing cv details
• Sending out marketing emails to potential new clients
• Must have office experience and used to dealing with either clients or members of the public
• Must have word for windows experience
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30 pm, however often have earlier finish times on a Friday when done well that week
Free Parking
Salary negotiable dependent on experience
25 days holiday which is made up of 20 days to use as please + stats, 1 day for birthday and an extra 3 or 4 days off at Christmas, when we close for the week, often closing Christmas eve or before and returning on 2nd January
