With a 'Good' rating from Ofsted for their market-leading training and skills delivery, our client are currently looking to expand and are looking for an Integration Manager based across the Home Counties.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Integration Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving service integration and developing innovation solutions across Restart delivery, focusing on LEP and local community priorities.
- Supporting and developing the integration team, sharing an in-depth understanding of regional, sub-regional and local economic needs.
- Proactively engage and influence regional and local stakeholders using extensive industry and sector knowledge

Experience and Skills:
The ideal Integration Manager will have:
- Extensive Employability or Skills sector experience
- In-depth experience in building, developing and managing key stakeholders and partner relationships.
- Proven track record of managing and leading a team, motivating the team to reach KPI's and targets.
