Intro: S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Health and Wellbeing Team Leader in London, for our client who are a leading provider of apprenticeships, skills and justice services. Our client will be involved in the new Restart contract and have a number of funded provisions across the UK, that support the unemployed back into employment.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Health and Wellbeing Team Leader, your key roles will include:
- Ensuring that the business communications are delivered appropriately, well understood and implemented
- Motivating, developing and coaching a team of Wellbeing coaches in line with their values and visions.
- Delivering multiple projects within the Health and Wellbeing Programme
- Undertaking prescribed management checks regularly
- Taking leads in the coordination of training , recruitment activity and development across the team

Experience and Skills:
To be a Health and Wellbeing Team Leader, you will need:
- Knowledge of working within a high performing quality Health Team
- To meet contractual and quality standards through delivery services
- Experience in a supervisory role (desirable)
- To show demonstration of great knowledge within the Health and Wellbeing services
