If you’re an experienced Leadership and Management professional that’s passionate about the way businesses develop and support their people and would like to help Lifetime build an exciting curriculum of engaging and highly relevant on-line learning programmes then come and join our Curriculum and Learning Technologies team.

We are looking for a person to lead and support support the team to develop outstanding and innovative learner journey’s and blended learning resources that ensure Lifetime’s commercial and apprenticeships products are recognised as market leading across their sectors.

What will you be doing?

* Support the Programmes Development Manager to manage and co-ordinate the sector design specialists workflow and product development outputs through effective project and team management in line with business needs.
* Supports Head of Curriculum & Programmes Development Manager in sector specific specialist knowledge and standards expertise when completing programme scoping and Learner Journey development in line with partnership requests.
* Supports business in existing & new partner programme development when expertise and insight into the delivery approach for the sector is under review as part of the new business development or quality improvement process.
* Develop, analyse and update the learner journey for each of the sector standards in your area including the management & governance of on-line resource library that supports outstanding delivery to our learners.
* Review delivery models, learning principles / approaches and competitor activity to ensure cost effective, learner and employer focused delivery programmes.
* Manage, edit and co-ordinate the writing of standards & learning resources and launch effectively to sectors ensuring access for all learners.

What will you bring to the role?

* Significant occupational experience within Leadership and Management roles
* Experience of developing and delivering training programmes related to sector
* Experience in managing a team to deliver innovative and successful outcomes.

It would be good if you had:

* Knowledge of leadership and management theory and practice
* A track record of developing, adapting and innovating training product, ideally including a mix of face-to-face, distance and e-learning solutions.
* Track record of working successfully in high demand environments, to target and deadline, managing internal and/or external stakeholder expectations.
* Experience and an understanding of developing training products to deadlines and meeting commercial objectives.
* Experience and understanding of developing and implementing on line or blended learning solutions.
* Proven experience in dealing with Awarding Organisations and Sector Skills Councils
* Working knowledge of Awarding Organisation Quality Assurance practice and regulation and Ofsted Inspection processes
