Intro: S Knights Recruitment are proud to be working with our client, who are a social business, working with people to achieve their purpose in education, employment or training. Providing alternative and special education to a range of learners, our client are looking to expand and are recruiting for an Operations Manager.

Role and Responsibilities:
As an Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring excellence in delivery on contracts, coaching and managing performance in line with improvement plans.
- Mobilising, developing and leading on DWP funded programmes.
- Lead on employer engagement and relationship manager to support outcomes of training providers and employers.
- Provide supportive management to team, dependent on contract.
- Being accountable for recruitment, development and retention of staff.

Experience and Skills:
To be an Operations Manager, you must have:
- Experience managing employability contracts and government funding, such as DWP and AEB.
- Delivering volume skills contracts.
- Experience managing a team, with a proven track record of ensuring KPI's and targets are met.
- Strong people leadership and management experience.
