Intro: S Knights Recruitment are proud to be working with a support service who has been running for over 35 years. They have a wealth of product and industry knowledge which helps them retain their information security whilst resolving complex issues with management systems for government funded provisions. They are currently looking for a bright Customer Support Administrator to join their team!

Role and Responsibilities:
As part of a growing team as a Customer Support Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with enquiries for the skills sector
- Delivering at a high quality of customer service support
- Responding to enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Resolve practical and software problems
- Refer escalated issues whilst undergoing day to day duties
- Prioritising workload and the ability to multitask a variety of different things on a day to day basis

Experience and Skills:
As a Customer Support Administrator you will:
- Experience with IT, web-based applications etc
- Experience in a customer facing/customer service role
- Experience with ESFA (Education and Skills Funding Agency) Learning and Skills or DWP
- Welfare to Work contracts would be desirable but not essential
- Understanding of ESFA funding rules or experience within a training provider
- Basic SQL knowledge (advantageous)
- YETI or IO software knowledge (advantageous)
