About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and wider school staff to support pupils across the school. Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting the class teacher in delivering creative and engaging lessons
Working with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning
Supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum
Helping maintain a calm, positive, and well-organised learning environment
Preparing learning materials and classroom resources
Supervising pupils during break times, transitions, or school activities
Contributing to planning sessions and sharing observations on pupil progress
Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Pay: 80- 100 per day (dependent on experience)
Start: ASAP or next term
Full-time, long-term position
About You
We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working in a primary school or with children in an educational setting
A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
The ability to build rapport with pupils and support their wellbeing
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
An understanding of safeguarding practices and a commitment to pupil safety
Relevant qualifications (such as Level 2/3 TA) are desirable but not essential for the right candidate
