We are excited to be recruiting a Healthcare Level 5 Development Coach. This is a full time position based in North West England. Our client is an award-winning training provider that focuses on providing employability skills and training for people, helping them gain access to education, employment, and apprenticeship opportunities. The ideal candidate must be able to deliver a Level 5 in Adult Care and hold a Health & Social Care qualification.
Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly teaching and learning sessions, either in person or through suitable online systems and software
- Perform face-to-face visits as necessary, following company protocols, and maintain a valid ID badge
- Manage learners to assist them in achieving their qualification, encompassing all aspects of knowledge, skills, behaviors, and any supplementary requisites
- Identify and provide assistance to learners with additional learning needs
- Regularly evaluate their work and provide constructive feedback, including Spelling, Punctuation, and Grammar (SPAG), and update the E-Portfolio system (Smart Assessor)
Experience and Skills
- Experience delivering a Level 5 Leader in Adult Care and hold a Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification
- Possess an Assessor Qualification like D32/D33, A1, or CAVA or hold a PTLLS/AET or a comparable teaching qualification
- Have completed Math and English GCSE or equivalent qualifications and be willing to undertake reformed Functional Skills Level 2
- Knowledge of ESFA funding regulations pertaining to apprenticeships
