The Role:
The client requires the successful candidate to take responsibility for the data and solution design of the complete BI Architecture. You will work directly with IT strategy to ensure that the BI data solutions are fully understood and integrated appropriately within all Technology solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the design of new data environments to support BI data structures to the EDW Delivery Team. You will also lead a team of Data Architects and Data Analysts in understanding and creating the necessary designs.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience and understanding of data warehouse design/ development, data management for Business Intelligence Solutions, Master Data management solutions, specialist analytical database solutions, analytical modelling and one-to-one marketing applications. You must have multiple and varied experience of designing, building and operation of an integrated BI data and application capability (data warehouse, operational data store, BI marts, Customer Intelligence/Marking marts, MDM solutions in a fast-paced environment.
In addition, excellent practical experience of BI application development and support is essential. You must be fully able to communicate and work with technical and non-technical teams to achieve the departmental objectives. Also, the candidate must be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues in the BI team and be experienced in both Project delivery and a BAU operational environment.
