Employer Engagement Officers or Employer Engagement Executives usually are employed by FE Colleges or Training Provider Organisations. This is a sales and marketing orientated position.
Employer Engagement people will usually be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying staff vacancies, recruiting trainees to fit vacancies and be responsible for selling a range of training provision. A full driving license is usually essential as Employer Engagement Officers will often be out on the road visiting employers.
Applicants with knowledge of Training Contracts / The Training sector, or those coming from a fast paced Recruitment background are usually strong candidates for these roles!
